Same worker: Day 1 clocks via PWA secure URL in browser (no install), Day 2 via native iOS app offline. Both punches had to land in the same Shift row.

How It Works (The Mechanics)

  1. PWA — open secure URL, tap Clock In, GPS + fingerprint — no store.
  2. Native apps — QuickAction enqueue → sync, PushSubscription alerts, calendar_token ICS feed.
  3. API — api/v1/public/plans/trials/leads + ICS share the same record.

The Results / What We Verified

  • Both punches wrote the same shift. Pass.
  • Offline app punch synced, no duplicate. Pass.
  • ICS feed updated. Pass.

Honest caveat: Push needs opt-in; offline needs the app installed — PWA alone needs signal.
